Delivery Information

COURIER

– For products up to 15 kg and of small volume, your order is sent by courier (associating companies ACS, Speedex) to the address you indicate. Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 days on business days (Monday - Friday).

– For orders up to €200, the following apply:

Up to 5 kg, shipping costs are €5

From 5 to 10 kg, shipping costs are €8

From 10 to 15 kg, shipping costs are €12

The volumetric weight is also included in the products.

– For purchases over €200, shipping is free (applies to parcels up to 8 kg). For purchases over €200 involving parcels over 8 kg, they are transported to Athens-Thessaloniki for FREE. This condition applies to all regions of Greece and in the case of a hard-to-reach region we come to an agreement with the customer for the best service.

– The products are delivered on the sidewalk.

– In case of payment of purchases by cash on delivery, there is a charge to the customer of €2,5.

Transport company

– For products with a large weight, volume or fragile products, they are sent through a transport company throughout Greece. Delivery to the transport offices in Athens and Thessaloniki is free. However, shipping costs from Athens and Thessaloniki to the destination are borne by the customer. The cost of transport results from the weight and volume of the products, for which you will be informed by the transport company or us. Shipping costs are not shown during the ordering process. So, after its completion you can contact us for your best update.

– In this way, you can pay for your purchases by depositing into a bank account or by card. The cash on delivery method does not apply to this case.
